Enugu Rangers’ General Manager and CEO, Davidson Ezeaku, has expressed confidence in the team’s ability to successfully defend their Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title this season.
The Flying Antelopes are currently on an eight-match unbeaten run, accumulating 24 points from 15 league games.
As they prepare for their weekend fixture against Rivers United, Ezeaku is upbeat about their prospects, highlighting the team’s progress compared to last season.
Speaking to the players in Enugu, Ezeaku emphasized the importance of unity and commitment in achieving further success.
“I enjoin all of you to put your mind to the task,” he told the club’s media.
“If you look at our current position on the log compared to last season, you’ll see that we’re in a better place.
This means we are heading somewhere, and with togetherness, we can make the best of what we have now.”
With a strong start to the season and a determined mindset, Rangers are poised to continue their title defense as they aim for even greater achievements in the NPFL.
