Abia Governor Alex Otti set to host Enyimba over Nigerian League title triumph

Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti will host the victorious Enyimba on Thursday for winning the coveted 2022/2023 Nigeria Premier Football League, (NPFL) title.

The People’s Elephants emerged the overall champions at the Super Six playoffs beating five others clubs to their record ninth title.

Coach George Finidi’s side had finished third in the Group A regular abridged season to qualify for the playoffs along with Insurance FC and Remo Stars.

The reception for the team will take place on Thursday, 29th June at the Governor’s Lodge, Government House, Umuahia by 5pm.

They won #100m for winning the title and will also represent Nigeria in the 2023/2024 CAF Champions League.
