Ahmed Musa Opens CSKA Moscow Return with Scintillating Goal in Friendly Encounter

Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa made a triumphant return to CSKA Moscow, showcasing his scoring prowess with the opening goal in Friday’s friendly match against Norwegian side Nordsjaelland. The encounter ended in a 1-1 draw, with Musa’s return to the Russian club marking a promising start.

Currently on loan at CSKA Moscow until the end of the season from Leicester City, Musa demonstrated his skill in the 33rd minute by netting the opening goal. Mikkel Damsgaard of FC Nordsjaelland responded with an equalizer just 10 minutes later.

CSKA Moscow is set to face Spanish side Elche in their upcoming friendly on Tuesday, continuing their preparations for the remainder of the season. Currently occupying the fifth position in the Russian Premier League table with 35 points from 20 games, Musa’s return adds a layer of excitement and experience to the team.

As the Super Eagles forward finds his rhythm with CSKA Moscow, fans eagerly anticipate his impact in the upcoming league fixtures, with Musa’s return potentially reshaping the team’s dynamics in the Russian Premier League.
