By Oyediji Oluwaseun Babatunde

Enugu Rangers General Manager (GM) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Amobi Ezeaku played for the team in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) against Niger Tornadoes on Sunday.

The Flying Antelopes played a 2-0 win away from home and Ezeaku came off the bench for the team.

One of the team players, Saviour Godwin is happy for their GM while dishing out his qualities.

“I feel good to see our General Manager make his debut in the NPFL,” Godwin told Brila FM.

“I mean this is somebody that trains with us and is very vibrant and still young.

“He runs very well and shoots very well. He plays just like an active player. It was good to see him play.”

Barrister Ezeaku made a cameo appearance after he was registered and licensed in the last window to play for the club.

He replaced Chidiebere Nwobodo with six minutes left on the clock and his contributions were applauded by the fans in the stands and his coaches.
