Benjamin Tanimu aims for promotion to top division with Crawley Town

Newly signed Crawley Town defender Benjamin Tanimu is aiming for promotion to the Championship in his first season with the English club.
Tanimu, who signed a three-year deal with the League One side from Tanzanian outfit Singida Black Stars on transfer deadline day, recently joined his new teammates after a delay in obtaining his entry visa.
A former cult hero for Insurance FC, Tanimu expressed his commitment to the club’s success, stating, “I am here to give my best, to do more and make us succeed.
“A promotion to the Championship will be the main target,” he told the club’s official website.
Tanimu has also made four appearances for the Super Eagles, adding to his experience as he embarks on this new chapter in his career.
