CAF CC: Kwara United adopt Mobolaji Johnson stadium Lagos as home ground

Forward of the 2022/23 CAF Confederation Cup season, one among Nigeria’s contingencies to the second-tier CAF interclub competitors, (CAF Confederation Cup) Kwara United have adopted Lagos Mobolaji Johnson as their house floor, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
That is coming after CAF did not approve their house floor, Ilorin Township Stadium for the event.
Nevertheless, the Afonja Warriors/Concord Boys must make do with the 26,000-capacity Mobolaji Johnson Stadium in Lagos.
Kwara United play their first fixture in opposition to AS Douanes on the ninth of September. Then they journey for the second leg which takes place in Senegal 9 days later.
Kwara United had been handed the 2022/23 Confederations Cup ticket because of the NFF’s incapability to fulfill CAF’s deadline for the submission of continental representatives.
