Cyriel Dessers Tips Glasgow Rangers for Greatness

Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers is optimistic about Rangers’ prospects for the upcoming season, both domestically and in Europe.

Last season, the Light Blues fell short in the Scottish Premiership title race, with their bitter rivals Celtic claiming the title for the fourth consecutive time.

Philippe Clement’s side also bowed out of the UEFA Europa League in the Round of 16.

Despite these setbacks, Dessers is confident that Rangers will have a strong season ahead.

“We have a big month in August, not only in the league but also in the cup and in Europe, so we know what to do,” Dessers was quoted by Football Scotland.

We have been there before. For some of the new guys, it’s obviously new but we’ll take them with us. We’ll support them. We’ll be ready.”
