Dr Okechukwu Kpalukwu Emerges Chairman of Nigeria Premier League (NPL) Club Owners Association

The Basic Supervisor of Rivers United FC, Dr Okey Kpalukwu on Monday emerged as the brand new Chairman, Nigeria Premier League Membership Homeowners Affiliation.
