Nigeria forward Victor Osuagwu was on target for Latvian side RFS as his team beat Andorra side UE Santa Coloma in the first leg of UEFA Europa League qualifiers on Thursday.

First-half goals from Janis Ikaunieks and Osuagwu put the Latvia side close to the next phase of the Europa League Qualifiers.

Ivorian Ismael Diomande set up Ikaunieks for the first goal of the game in the 13th minute at the Estadi Nacional, Andorra la Vella.

The Right2Win product sealed the win in the 37th minute from Cedric Kouadio’s assist. He received a yellow card in the 53rd minute.

After witnessing 70 minutes of action, Osuagwu was replaced by Darko Lemaj.

The Latvian side will next face Grobina in the Virsliga on August 11 before traveling to Andorra to meet UE Santa Coloma, three days later.
