“I hope we can convince him”- Genk coach wary of Arokodare’s possible exit

Head Coach of Genk, Torsten Fink, has expressed worry over possible departure of their Nigerian striker, Tolu Arokodare, Nigeriafootball.ng reports.
The in-form Nigerian forward has been in sparkling form since the start of the new Jupiler league season scoring two goals in opening two games.
A number of top clubs in Europe have been making inquiries about possible sale of the Nigerian international with his former club, Trabzonspor one of the suitors.
The Belgian club’s manager, who has been singing praises of Arokodare’s qualities has also promised to make him a more deadly striker if he stay out with the Smurfs.
“Believe me, no better striker is walking around in Belgium than Tolu. But he must show himself, show passion. Like he did against Club Brugge,” Fink was quoted by HLN.
“I’m convinced I can get the best out of him. He also knows I believe in him. I really hope we can convince him to stay, under €10M you won’t find a striker with his qualities.
“It’s only when there’s a very high offer and the player himself wants to leave, that you allow them to leave.”
