Napoli star Victor Osimhen reiterates dreams of English Premier League move

Nigeria forward, Victor Osimhen has confessed he desires a move to the Premier League at some stage in his career.
The Napoli goal poacher is having a tremendous season as he has registered 21 goals in 26 appearances thereby contributing to the club’s 15 points lead at the top of the Serie A.
The Super Eagles forward is making waves in Napoli as he’s been tipped to replicate the success of Gonzalo Higuain and foremost club legend, Diego Armando Maradona following his impressive form in the Italian topflight.
Reacting to his Best Foreign Athlete award in Italy, the former Lille forward feels proud playing in Italy despite his long sought dream move to England.
“I think playing in one of the top five leagues in the world [Serie A] is an amazing feeling for me,” Osimhen told media.
“A lot of people worldwide consider the Premier League as the best and the strongest league but now I’m in one of the best leagues in the world which is the Italian Serie A.
“I’m working so hard to make sure that I achieve my dream of playing in the Premier League some day but like I said, it’s a process and I just want to keep on this momentum and continue to do well.”
