NFF sets timeline for 2025 President Federation Cup

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has set plans in motion for the 2025 President Federation Cup for men and women.

In a letter signed by the NFF Director of Competitions to all states Football Association (FA) Secretaries, the dates for registration and commencement of state competitions were stipulated.

According to the letter, Club registration is slated to commence on October 2, 2024, through to November 1, 2024.

After this, teams will start their online registration for the tournament from November 19 to 30, 2024.

After online registration, state preliminaries and finals are scheduled for January 20 to February 23, 2025.

Each states are expected to submit their two representatives for the national finals between February 22 and 23, 2025.

Registration fee for men is fixed at 200,000 Naira with 150,000 Nara for women’s teams registration.

El-Kanemi Warriors and Rivers Angels won the men’s and women’s President Federation Cup titles in 2024.
