Nice boss Francesco Fariolli hails Terem Moffi after stunning brace against PSG

OGC Nice manager, Francesco Fariolli has commended Terem Moffi for his brilliant start to the new season.

The Super Eagles striker has picked up from where he left last season with his scintillating performance in the French Ligue 1, scoring a brace in his side’s stunning triumph over champions PSG.

Fariolli said he has absolute faith in Moffi and he trusts his abilities to deliver positive results for the team.

“I have a lot of confidence in him, in his physical ability, his skills and his talent,” Fariolli was quoted by BSN Sports.

“I always get a lot of questions about whether he’s a player suited to the style we want to develop. I’ve always said to myself, I believe in Terem.

“He’s a very useful player for us. We’re seeing him now because he’s got goals and stats, but what he did tonight was the consequence of all the good performances he put in before.”

OGC Nice are second on the French Ligue 1 table with nine points from five matches played and will face league leaders, Monaco on Friday September 22.
