The Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) inspected the Kaduna centre ahead of 2026 season.
Led by the NBSL National Coordinator, Mahmud Hadejia, the team inspected the famous and iconic Murtala Muhammed Square facility in Kaduna State to assess the current state and its readiness to host the league.
Among the facilities inspected were the playing pitch, dressing rooms, players and officials accommodation.
After conducting the inspection, the NBSL team certified the Kaduna facility ready to host and were happy with what they saw on ground.
Kaduna, which hosted the NBSL Super Finals in 2024 and 2021, is scheduled to stage round two of the NBSL 2026 season.
Round two is expected to take place between April 10 and 12 after round one in Kebbi State later this month.
The state also hosted the return leg of the Nigeria beach soccer national team clash with Mauritania in the 2024 AFCON Qualifiers.
