By Saheed Afolabi

Kano Pillars head coach, Usman Abdallah, has called on the club’s passionate supporters to show their unwavering support as the team prepares for their first home game of the season at the Sani Abacha Stadium.

The Masu Gida side will face Heartland in front of an expected large crowd, as they return to their fortress in Kano for the first time this campaign.

Abdallah urged fans to inspire the team with their energy and enthusiasm, as they seek to secure a vital victory in their debut game at home.

“I urge the Sai Masu Gida faithful to rally behind their team and turn the Sani Abacha Stadium into a fortress once again,” Abdallah said, according to Daily Post.

“I want patience and unwavering support from the fans, as we focus on delivering a positive result.”

Kano Pillars are currently in fifth place on the NPFL table, with 17 points from 11 matches, sitting two points ahead of Heartland, who are in ninth.

Abdallah emphasized the importance of resilience and a determined mindset from both the fans and the team as they aim to build momentum and strengthen their position on the league table.
