NPFL’23: Kwara United granted approval to adopt Akure Township Stadium 

Kwara United Soccer Membership has been granted approval to undertake the Akure Township Stadium as their new dwelling floor for the second of the 2022/2023 Nigeria Premier Soccer League (NPFL).

In a letter dated March 2, 2023, and signed by the Head of Competitors Division, Dr. Sunday Johnson Obaseki on behalf of the Head of Operations of the NPFL, and copied the Ondo State FA and the opposite golf equipment, the approval takes impact from Matchday 10 of the NPFL.
