NPFLDMSuperCup: Shooting Stars get the better of Enyimba to win the 100m prize

Capturing Stars of Ibadan are the winners of the profitable NPFL preseason event Tremendous Cup after beating Enyimba within the closing on Friday on the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium, Onikan, Lagos.

The Oluyole Warriors got here again twice within the sport to win a nail-biting encounter  3-2.

It was Enyimba who have been in cruise management as they ignited play with an early objective within the sixth minute.

Fatai Abdullahi’s free kick got here off the wall leaving Goalkeeper Bamidele sprawling to present Enyimba the lead.

Malomo Taofeek restored parity for the boys from Ibadan within the sixteenth minutes to extend the depth of the sport.

Enyimba obtained again their lead within the thirtieth minute as Eze Ekwutoziam completed off a follow-up after goalkeeper Bamidele palmed away Mbaoma’s preliminary effort at objective.

Within the second half, the 3SC rallied again to equal rating for the second time as Kelly Kester curls the ball nicely to beat goalkeeper Noble within the sixtieth minute.

Regardless of Enyimba’s press to attain probability after probability, it was the Warriors that obtained the shocker as Anthony Okachi scored the third objective for 3SC within the eighty fifth minute.

It ended that approach as Capturing Stars emerge champions of the maiden version of the event and carting house 100m money prize.

Capturing Stars Antjony Okachi was voted one of the best participant of the event.
