NWFL Premiership: Naija Ratels organises two-week open screening in Abuja

Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership side, Naija Ratels is organising an open screening and trial for football players, beginning on Tuesday in Abuja.
The screening tagged “Play Your Way To NWFL Premiership” will hold on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, with two sessions, with the first session on Tuesday morning at Army Post Housing Services, Kurudu Phase 5 Sports Complex, Kurudu-Nyanyan, Abuja.
There will also be an afternoon session as exceptional players will be selected to join the team ahead of the 2023/2024 NWFL Premiership season.
The “One Game At A Time” team has spent two seasons in top flight NWFL Premiership since gaining promotion from NWFL Championship.
The Abuja based outfit qualified for the Super Six at the end of its maiden season in the topflight in the 2021/2022 season.
In the 2022/2023 NWFL Premiership campaign, Bankole Olowookere’s side narrowly missed out on the Super Six spot, having finished behind powerhouses Delta Queens, Bayelsa Queens, and Rivers Angels in Group A.
