OFFICIAL: Leon Balogun QPR Gets New Manager

With an announcement on their official web site, Championship membership Queens Park Rangers have introduced the appointment of Neil Critchley as the brand new head coach of the membership.
Queens Park Rangers had been looking for a brand new coach after the departure of Michael Beale to Glasgow Rangers – leaving the Hoops after six months within the dugout.
Critchley has put pen to paper on a three-and-a-half-year deal at Loftus Street, and might be managing Nigeria worldwide Leon Balogun.
Similar to Gerrard, who managed Balogun at Glasgow Rangers, Critchley began his teaching profession on the Liverpool academy, working with the U18, U19 and U21 groups.
The Crewe native coached Ovie Ejaria, Sheyi Ojo and Bobby Adekanye throughout his time on the Liverpool Academy.
The 44-year-old English soccer tactician gained promotion to the Championship with Blackpool in 2021, earlier than becoming a member of Aston Villa.
Balogun made twelve appearances for Queens Park Rangers below Michael Beale and was on track towards Wigan Athletic.
