Oladayo Anthony Ushurhe: Nigerian born coach bags US Soccer coaching certificate

A United States based Nigerian coach, Oladayo Anthony Ushurhe has secured a national D coaching license from American Sports University.

Ushurhe who is widely known as Coach Tony was a former coach of Lagos based amateur club Messiah FC before moving to California, US where he bagged a scholarship to obtain degree in Sports coaching fitness and health.

Coach Tony won four notable Lagos State organized leagues and tournaments namely Ikeja League, Eko League and Maiden Edition of the Extra Joss Tournament.

He has so far handled three teams in the US including Avalanche FC, Arsenal FC and presently in charge of Colton High FC, California.

Ushurhe is known to be ‘a proactive Nigerian coach who is passionate and always lend his voice how Nigerian football teams can progress using his coaching principles and exposures.

“It is a great achievement for me, I feel very happy and thankful to God for learning a more advanced way of coaching,” he said.

Having acquired the United States of America coaching national E & F licence previously,  Ushurhe believe taking the world by his feet.
