The organisers of the award released the nominees for the 10th award ceremony on Thursday, with Oshoala will contest with Chiamaka Nnadozie (Pairs FC) and Rasheedat Ajibade (Atletico Madrid) for the Queen of the Pitch award.
Osimhen, on the other hand, has Victor Boniface (Bayer Leverkusen), and Emeka Obioma (Enyimba FC) to battle with for the King of the Pitch award.

In the journalist categories, awards will be presented for the Journalist of the Year in print, television, radio, and online, in which NigeriaFootball editor Samuel Ahmadu will be seeking a third win in fourth nomination.
“I would like to restate the resolve and commitment of the organizers to continue to sustain this award platform,” Shina Philips, President of Nigeria Pitch Award said.
“Within the last decade, we have remained resolute in our objective of giving Nigerian football a credible award platform which can consistently motivate and inspire healthy competition among our players, coaches, administrators, sponsors, and journalists.
