Rumour Mills: Ola Aina drops hints about future with Nottingham Forest

Nigerian defender, Ola Aina, has hinted at the possibility of extending his stay with English Premier League side Nottingham Forest, despite his contract entering its final four months.

The Super Eagles full-back, who joined Forest from Fulham, was the subject of speculation in January, with links to top clubs such as Manchester City and Galatasaray.

However, Aina is still undecided about his future, as discussions continue between his representatives and Forest regarding a new contract, with no agreement yet.

Aina has been a key player for Forest this season under manager Nuno Espirito Santo, impressing with his versatility and strong performances that have contributed to the club’s success.

When asked about his life at the City Ground, Aina shared that he is enjoying his time at the club and sees the potential for more years at Forest.

“I hope so. I really enjoy it here. I enjoy the staff, the players, the club, the community. Everything about it is a good place, so hopefully,” Aina told Sky Sports.

The 28-year-old has started all 24 Premier League matches for Forest this season and will be looking to continue his solid form as the team prepares to face his former club.
