South Africa await Super Falcons or Morocco in WAFCON final

Banyana Banyana of South Africa have certified for the ultimate of the WAFCON 2022 after securing a dramatic 1-0 win towards the Copper Queens of Zambia in Monday’s semi-final.

With the sport heading for extra-time after six minutes of added time, the South Africans had been awarded a penalty for a foul on a Banyana Banyana participant after lengthy session with VAR.

And Linda Motlhalo transformed the spot kick to ship the South Africans to their fifth WAFCON in last look.
