“They are loud” – Alex Iwobi picks the loudest tribe in Nigeria

Nigeria star, Alex Iwobi has opened up about the beauty of being a Nigerian and what he loves about his country’s people.

The former Arsenal star said Nigerians have unique mannerisms which make them stand out.

The 28-year-old currently playing for Fulham. in the English Premier League, was born in Lagos before moving to England at the age of four which saw him represent England up to the under-18 level before switching allegiance in 2015.

Speaking on a podcast with Kiss Fresh in London, UK, Iwobi disclosed the uniqueness of  a typical Nigerian.

The host asked: “What do you love about Nigerians and being Nigerian?”

“You can spot a Nigerian from a mile away,” he replied on the trending podcast shared on X.

“Our mannerisms are so Nigerian, like. Especially Yoruba people. Yoruba people are so loud, man.

“My favourite thing about the country is that everyone is so welcoming, rich in hospitality and it’s like one big family. Everyone who is doing well tries to give back to their communities. Every footballer that I am with always try to give back to where they come from. That’s an amazing thing.”
