The Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Friday released its list of the top 75 clubs on the continent, with only two Nigerian sides making the cut.

Rivers United FC lead the Nigerian representation, sitting 24th with 14 points, while two-time African champions Enyimba International FC are ranked 35th with seven points.

Al Ahly of Egypt, Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa, and Tunisia’s Espérance Sportive de Tunis occupy the top three positions.

They are followed by Morocco’s RS Berkane and Tanzania’s Simba SC in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

Pyramids FC (Egypt), Zamalek SC (Egypt), Wydad AC (Morocco), USM Alger (Algeria), and CR Belouizdad (Algeria) complete the top 10.

CAF unveiled the rankings ahead of Saturday’s draws for the Champions League and Confederation Cup.
