WATCH: Ashleigh Plumptre celebrates win over Australia with K1 music

British-born Nigerian star, Ashleigh Plumptre enjoyed Super Falcons victory over Australia at the FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The Super Falcons’ enjoyed some well-earned party time in their locker room with some “jaiye-jaiye” music and dancing.
Plumptre, who had a solid game in defense for the Super Falcons was spotted vibing to old-school fuji music from the legendary crooner King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, aka K1 de Ultimate.
The ‘Oyibo’ defender grooved and gyrated to “Ade Ori Okin” to celebrate Nigeria’s first win of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Nigeria produced an excellent display to complete a come-from-behind 3-2 win over the Matildas on Thursday at the Brisbane Stadium.
They climbed to the top of Group B, ahead of Canada on goal difference, after beating Australia 3-2 and they only need to equal the Canadians’ result against Australia to claim a place in the second round for the second tournament in a row for the first time in history.
