Adebayo Adediran: Czech giants Budejovice snap up Nigeria young sensation
By Wale Mustapha
Nigerian striker Quadri Adebayo Adediran has completed a winter switch to Czech Republic top division club, Ceske Budejovic.
The 22-year-old forward joined Budějovice from the fellow Czech side Dukla Prague on a long term deal with an undisclosed fee which will keep him in the south of Bohemia until June 30, 2026.
Adediran made his breakthrough as a  professional footballer when he teamed up with German side, FC Novi Pazar/Marathon 1895 in 2020.
He later left the German club for Malta where signed for the Maltese Challenge League outfit, San Ġwann.
His impressive performance with San Gwann saw Dukla Prague come knocking for his signatures and they eventually got him on a fair bargain last season.
At FK Dukla Prague, Adediran grew through the ranks to establish himself in the first team and became an integral member of the set up.
His latest movement to SK Dynamo České Budějovice is believed to be a step in right direction for the promising striker who can use both feet comfortably and have high aerial presence.
He is expected to carve a niche for himself in the team following his track records with his new team.
