Nigerian forward Emmanuel Dennis is celebrating the achievement of clinching the Belgian League title with Club Brugge, marking a significant triumph for the footballer in his team’s successful campaign.
Completesportsnigeria.com reported that Club Brugge had already secured the title before their final fixture against KAA Gent, despite experiencing a 1-0 defeat at their home ground, Jan Breydel Stadium, in the last game of the season. During this match, the 20-year-old Dennis entered the pitch as a substitute for Wesley Moraes in the 54th minute.
Gent, featuring Nigerian players Moses Simon and Anderson Esiti, finished the season in fourth position, securing a place in the Europa League for the upcoming season.

Dennis, hailing from the Kwara Football Academy, significantly contributed to Club Brugge’s victorious season, showcasing his talent in 38 appearances across all competitions for the team. His journey to Brugge began last summer after transferring from Ukrainian club Zorya Luhansk, where he notably scored six goals in 22 league appearances.
