Nigeria’s Goodness Osigwe capped off her debut season in Sweden in style, scoring her first-ever goal for Djurgården in their 3–0 victory over Växjö DFF as the 2025 campaign concluded on Sunday.

The home side got off to a bright start when Urara Watanabe opened the scoring in the 12th minute.

Djurgården doubled their lead early in the second half through Mimmi Wahlström, who made it 2–0 in the 50th minute.

Osigwe, who joined the club from Edo Queens, was introduced in the 70th minute for Lucia Duras.

She made her mark late on, sealing the win with a composed finish in the 90th minute to open her goal account for the Swedish outfit.

Djurgården wrapped up the season in fourth place, finishing seven points behind Malmö FF, who claimed the league’s final European qualification spot.
