New vice chairman Hajji Gafar promises all-inclusive Lagos Football Association

Newly elected Vice Chairman of Lagos Football Association, Olawale Liameed Gafar has promised an all-inclusive administration.
On Wednesday, Gafar defeated Dotun Coker by 10 votes to four to emerge as Lagos State Football Association vice chairman during the Lagos State FA Elective Congress at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena.
On the back of his triumph, the 36 Lion proprietor described the victory is a sign of a new beginning for Eko Football, while assuring their administration would be an all-inclusive FA and promises football revival in the state.
“It isn’t Uhuru yet, It is a new dawn for Lagos State Football; This is going to be an all-inclusive FA; a football revival in Lagos”, Gafar wrote on social media.
“We thank you all for your congratulatory messages. We shall make you all proud.”
Oki Fouad replaced Seyi Akinwunmi as the new Chairman of the Lagos State Football Association, having defeated Tade Azeez 13-1 to replace erstwhile supremo Seyi Akinwunmi.
Akinwunmi who was the former First Vice President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) held the position of Lagos State FA Chairman for 12 years.
