Chairman of Niger Tornadoes Football Club, Engr. Ibrahim Dada, has issued a firm warning to players as the team resumed pre-season training on Monday, stressing that discipline will be the foundation of the club’s success in the upcoming season.
Addressing the squad at the Late Bako Kontagora Memorial Stadium in Minna, Dada reminded both returning players and new trialists that the club has zero tolerance for indiscipline.
He urged all players to demonstrate full commitment to the team’s goals and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
“Discipline is non-negotiable. Without it, there can be no progress—individually or collectively,” Dada stated.
The club’s technical crew, led by head coach Majin Mohammed and his assistants, also addressed the players, emphasizing the importance of hard work, focus, and consistency as the new campaign approaches.
Following the briefing, the players took part in a light training session to mark the official start of pre-season activities.
As the Ikon Allah Boys set their sights on a competitive season, the management’s message signals a clear intent to instill structure and professionalism both on and off the pitch.
