Nwaneri wins Man-of-the-Match as Arsenal down Leicester City

England-born, Nigerian prospect, Ethan Nwaneri, displayed a blistering performance for Arsenal in their 2-0 win against Leicester City, earning the Player of the Match award in the process.

The talented youngster, who has Nigerian roots, delivered an outstanding performance for an Arsenal side plagued by injuries.

Nwaneri’s impressive display was capped off with a crucial assist for Mikel Merino, who broke the deadlock in the 81st minute.

Nwaneri’s standout performance earned him 56% of the votes, beating out stiff competition from Merino, who scored both goals, as well as Gabriel Magalhães and Declan Rice.
