Relegation Playoffs: ‘ABS will be back to NNL soon’ – Alloy Chukwuemeka assures fans

The Management of Abubakar Bukola Saraki, ABS Ilorin FC have assured its teeming fans that the club would make a quick return to the Nigeria National League.
The Ilorin based outfit dropped from the nation’s second tier league to the third following their disappointing outing at the just concluded NNL Relegation Playoffs at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.
ABS’s Director of Football, Chief Alloy Chukwuemeka said that a lot of factors contributed to the team’s poor run but is optimistic that the club would bounce back soonest, while appealing to the club’s numerous fans and supporters to keep faith with the team generally known for its good brand of soccer display.
“Yes though not the expected results, but be rest assured that with the right time and right atmosphere we will stage a quick come back,” the administrator told media.
“We have a strong football structure that supports the growth of football, we have a lot of good players of ABS FC products scattered across the country and beyond, then you wonder how such club will go down”.
“So we are very much aware of such issues and we are ever ready to manoeuvre them and regain our rightful position in the nearest future.”
