Samuel Chukwueze woos Victor Osimhen to AC Milan, relishes partnership

Nigeria international Samuel Chukwueze has revealed that he would like to play alongside his compatriot Victor Osimhen at AC Milan.

Chuwkwueze joined the Rossoneri during the 2023 summer transfer window from Villarreal for a deal worth €20 million.

Meanwhile, Osimhen is currently finding it difficult to get top clubs in Europe to sign him having been one of the top transfer targets this summer but his hefty €130m release clause has scared off many suitors.

However, Chukwueze is currently picturing himself playing with his fellow countryman Victor Osimhen and has asked him to join his club AC Milan.

Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport in anticipation of the new season, the 24-year-old said he would love to see Osimhen in the Milan colour.

“I would like to close my eyes, open them again, and see him here in Milan,” as reported by Pianetamilan.

“I always say to him. ‘Are you sure you don’t want to come?’

“And he would reply ‘Samuel, you know it’s difficult’.”
