Blessing Nkor’s hat-trick leads Asya to a big win over Adana

Nigeria forward, Blessing Nkor scored three goals to propel Turkish women’s top-flight side, Asya to a 6-0 win against Adana Idmanyurduspor on Sunday.

The former Ibom Angels players put up an outstanding showing against Ramat Abdulkareem’s former club in Turkey.

Brazilian player, Campos also scored two goals for the hosts and Beyza added a goal to ensure that the match ended in a routing victory for Asya.

The three goals increased Nkor’s tally to nine this season and she has been in superb form since joining Asya from the Tanzania side, Yanga Princess this season.

The former Sunshine Queens player is the Turkish side’s leading goal scorer with a game remaining before the end of the season.

Her team occupies the 13th position on the 16-team log with 26 points.

With four points above the drop zone, Nkor and Asya maintained their league status ahead of next season.

They will round up the league campaign against Fatih Vatan Spor on May 5, 2024.
