OFFICIAL: Daniel Daga signs for Molde

By Oyediji Oluwaseun Babatunde

The talented Nigerian midfielder Daniel Demenenge Daga has officially joined Norwegian side, Molde FK.

The 18-year-old player joined Molde from FC One Rocket and is known as one of Nigeria’s greatest football talents.

The first signing of the year for FK Molde is a player with impressive achievements despite his young age.

Daniel has already played 11 U20 internationals for Nigeria and has made a name for himself as an important player for both club and national team.

Last season, he was loaned to Enyimba FC in the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL).

Daniel is described as hardworking and technically strong. His ability to read the game, break up opponents’ attacks and deliver precise passes makes him a very exciting signing.

He has began training with his new teammates in Molde ahead of his debut match.

All paperwork is now in place, and Daniel is available for the friendly match against Træff at Aker Stadion on Tuesday, January 28.

After the match, the team will head to Marbella for another training camp before the meeting with Shamrock Rovers in Europe.
