Rumour Mills: Bright Osayi-Samuel attracts interest from Leeds United

Nigeria and Fenerbache defender, Bright Osayi-Samuel is a subject of a transfer interest from top English club, Leeds United who are keen to lure him back to England.

The 26 year old Super Eagles’ full back spent most part of his football career in English football before joining the Turkish club in 2021.

Osayi-Samuel who made the final squad of Nigeria for the African Cup of Nations, AFCON has played 24 times for tye 19 times Turkish Champions with two goals and two asissts to his credit.

He has shown versatility since he joined Fener haven played in various positions at the right flank.

A source from England indicated that other clubs including Crystal Palace and Wolves are also interested in the former QPR defender but Leeds United are leading the race to secure his services.

The Elland Road landlord could submit a formal bid for Osayi-Samuel anytime soon as the winter transfer window has been officially opened.
