“I’m happy here”- Victor Osimhen breaks silence on Napoli’s career

Nigeria international, Victor Osimhen has broken silence amid the Napoli deal extension saga.
The 24-year-old has shed more light on the uncertainties surrounding his future at the club while speaking in the interview with Emiliano Viviano and former Italy forward Mario Balotelli via ESPN.
However, the striker is yet to put pen on a deal with the club, despite months of talks, with his current contract set to expire in 2025.
Although, Napoli remains optimistic that Osimhen will finally sign the dotted lines to continue with the club as he has gone on to become a hero in Naples after he inspired the club to its first Italian title in 33 years.
The former joined Napoli three years ago after leaving Ligue 1 side, LOSC Lille, for a club-record fee and netted 31 goals, 26 of which came in the Serie A, where he emerged as the top scorer.
“I am happy at Napoli,” Osimhen proclaimed. “People don’t know how difficult it is to play in Serie A.
“From a tactical and physical point of view, it’s one of the most difficult leagues to play in.”
