John Obi Mikel ranks Didier Drogba ahead two Super Eagles legends

Former Nigeria captain, Mikel John Obi has ranked his former Chelsea teammate Didier Drogba ahead of his compatriot Kanu Nkwakwo in the African football legend list.
The veteran defensive midfielder played with Kanu and OKocha in the national team but not for as long as he did with Drogba at Chelsea.
The Nigerian international has however ranked most iconic footballers he played with between Austin Jay-Jay Okocha, Kanu ‘Papilo’ Nkwankwo, and Didier Drogba.
In an interview with TalkSport, Mikel was asked to rank the three African legends.
“That’s a tough one,” he said.
“You know like you said, I played with Didier Drogba, Jay Jay Okocha and Kanu as well is someone I played with just about when I came into the National team.
“They were about leaving the National team or retiring from football.
“I got to play a few games with them for a few months, got to know them… you know, as guys and human beings.
“For me, that’s a tough one, Jay Jay Okocha Iconic football players.
“I’ll probably rank them Didier Drogba, Jay Jay Okocha and Kanu.”
