Head coach of Robo Queens, Emmanuel Osahon has set his sights on his side improving in the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League Premiership season.
It took a superb performance from Shukurat Oladipo to assist Opeyemi Ajakaye and Folashade Ijamilusi to give the Lagos Landladies a 2-0 victory over Remo Stars Ladies.
The club founder has expressed his gladness the club is moving and he targets home wins and away draws in the club’s remaining games, while insisting there’s still room for improvement in the race for the Super Six playoffs.
“It’s not bad, we are moving. At least if we are getting our points at home and getting draws away, we are good to go,” Osahon told Nigeriafootball.ng.
“By game, by game, we will improve despite the fact that we won, there’s room for correction.
“The target for the season remains qualifying for the Super Six, then from there, we will take it up.”
Robo Queens will face Delta Queens in their next encounter on Wednesday, December 13 at the Stephen Keshi stadium, Asaba.
