“We will have to wait” – Italian agent on Victor Osimhen’s move

Italian agent Andrea D’Amico has shed light on the timeline for the potential departure of Nigerian international, Victor Osimhen, from Napoli.
The Super Eagles star has been linked with a move away from the club for over a year, with several top European clubs vying for his signature.
Although Chelsea is no longer in the running, Osimhen’s possible destinations have been narrowed down to Ligue 1 giants PSG, Premier League side Arsenal, and possibly Manchester United, all of whom are in the market for a striker.
Italian agent D’Amico has provided an update on the situation, suggesting that Osimhen’s transfer could materialize at the end of the ongoing EURO 2024.
“It’s too early to say. There is a clause, and in my opinion, we will have to wait until the end of the European Championships,” D’Amico stated on Radio Marte, as reported by Area Napoli.
“Many clubs want to study this competition because it has happened before that new profiles emerge or important players are confirmed, leading to significant goals.”
D’Amico further commented, “In any case, I believe that the most likely destination for Osimhen is always the Premier League, with more than one club potentially interested.”
While the exact club and timing of Osimhen’s next move remain uncertain, the anticipation continues to build as fans and clubs alike await the conclusion of the European Championships.
