Federation Cup: Naija Ratels’ Agama Ziperekefeghe excited with topscorer gong

Naija Ratels’ prolific forward, Agama Ziperekefeghe, is overjoyed after securing the highest goal scorer award at the President Federation Cup Final held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan on Saturday.
Ziperekefeghe was a key player for the Abuja-based team, netting ten goals in five matches to help her side reach the final of the long-standing competition.
“I feel happy and elated to have emerged as the highest goal scorer of the President Federation Cup,” Ziperekefeghe said in an exclusive interview with nigeriafootball.ng.
“I come from a team that people didn’t give the chance to reach the final. I’m proud of myself and my teammates.”
The forward attributed her success to the support and inspiration from her coaches and teammates, which motivated her to perform at her best.
“My coaches and teammates were my motivating factor throughout the tournament. They inspired me to get the job done on the pitch,” she said.
