Rumour Mills: Victor Boniface dismisses speculation, commits to Bayer Leverkusen

Nigerian striker Victor Boniface has put an end to rumours surrounding his potential departure from Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen this summer.

Since joining Leverkusen last summer, the Super Eagles forward has made a significant impact, helping the club secure a league cup double.

Despite facing a four-month injury setback, Boniface still managed to contribute 21 goals and 10 assists across all competitions.

Although there were reports linking him to a move to the English Premier League, the 24-year-old has reaffirmed his commitment to Leverkusen, stating he is happy at the club and not considering a move anytime soon.

“No, I’m fine with the Bundesliga. As long as I’m winning trophies there, I have no problem,” Boniface said on the Curiosity Made Me Ask Show.
