Chukwueze, Bassey hit Super Eagles camp as Nigeria confirm 22 players for Guinea-Bissau

Nigeria continued its preparations for their next round of matches in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying series with 22 players have now been confirmed to have arrived at camp in Abuja ahead of Guinea Bissau showdown.
The Super Eagles will play Guinea-Bissau in a doubleheader on Friday, March 24, at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja from 5:00 pm, before traveling to the Stadio 24 de Setembro in Bissau on Monday, 27 March.
The latest set of arrivals are Villarreal star Samuel Chukwueze, Ajax defender Calvin Bassey, and Southampton striker Paul Onuachu, Nice striker Terem Moffi and Rivers United shot-stopper Victor Sochima, amongst 11 others have been confirmed to have arrived on Tuesday.
Napoli star Victor Osimhen is also available in the Super Eagles camp following his signing of a multi-million dollars endorsement deal in Lagos earlier on Monday alongside Wilfred Ndidi and Francis Uzoho making the second batch.
Meanwhile, Leicester City star Kelechi Iheanancho, Everton’s Alex Iwobi, Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman, Southampton’s Joe Aribo, and Hoffenheim’s Kevin Akpoguma were the six early birds to arrive at John Woods Hotel where the team is camping.
