Kingsley Sokari: Nigeria midfielder wins second MOTM as Pharco hold Future

Nigerian international, Kingsley Sokari put up another Man of the Match performance on Thursday as he helped FC Pharco record a 0-0 draw at Future FC in the Egyptian Premier League clash.
The Super Eagles midfielder stole the show in an encounter that had Future FC predicted to pick the match points.
However, Pharco were not ready to put a stop to their current run of form with brilliant display of soccer artistry.
Both sides canceled each other out as the first half ended goaless despite several scoring chances created.
Future FC threw all they’ve got to snatch the win in the second half with their usual wing plays. One of them resulted to a goal after the hour mark but Cameroonian striker, Joseph Ngwem saw his goal canceled by VAR after review.
Pharco’s midfield marshalled by former Enyimba FC schemer, Sokari thwarted other efforts by the host and even went close to seal the match points in the closing minutes.
Sokari’s performance earned him the Player of the Match, making it the second time the Nigerian international will be getting such awards in the ongoing Egypt topflight season.
The game would be settled in a goaless affairs, the result that has seen Pharco moved up to seventh on the log with 36 points from 27 games while Future remained second behind leaders Al Ahly.
