Okoye Ebuka: Nigeria striker on target as Cleopatra maintain unbeaten streak

Nigeria forward, Okoye Ebuka was one of the goal scorers as Egyptian Premier League side, Cermanica Cleopatra defeated host, Aswan SC 2-3 on Thursday.
Defender, Mohamed Shokry opened the scoring for the visitors in the 31st minute. However, It took Ebuka’s 72nd-minute strike to increase his side’s lead to two goals.
Two minutes later, Medhat Mostafa Mohyi Al Dein reduced the deficit for the host. However, Mohamed Hamdi Zaki equalised for Aswan SC in the 89th minute but Cermanica Cleopatra had the last laugh.
Seif Teka converted the winning goal for the visitors in the additional minutes of the second half to seal consecutive victories for the visitors.
The win was Ceramica Cleopatra’s consecutive win which extended the club’s unbeaten run to three games.
Ebuka saw 87 minutes of action before he was replaced by Egyptian defender, Mohamed Nasef.
He has scored two goals in seven league games for Cermanica Cleopatra and his team occupy the seventh position on the Egyptian Premier League table with ten points after seven games.
The team will next play with El Daklyeh on December 19, 2022.
