The Indomitable Lions and Eagles served a FIFA World Cup Classic on Monday with a 6-goal thriller and the Nigerian legend could not hide his appreciation over the Afcon 2021 hosts’ fightback.

“I’m happy they came back into the game and earned a draw. I thought they had lost it,”Udeze said on Brila FM.
Second-half goals from Aboubakar and Eric Choupo Moting ensured that Cameroon ended its eight-match losing run at the World Cup.
The former West Bromwich Albion player, Udeze praised the duo of Aboubakar and Choupo Moting for being the brain behind Cameroon’s fighting spirit in the 2022 FIFA World Cup match.

“Choupo Moting is an experienced player who knows how to position himself. If a player doesn’t have fitness, he must be intelligent to know when to attack the ball.”
