Despite spending time with friends and family in his homeland, Osimhen keeps his Italian fans engaged through a symbolic social media post donning the iconic Buitoni shirt Napoli wore during their first championship victory.
The Nigerian forward won the Serie A top scorer and best striker awards becoming the first African to do so while breaking George Weah’s record for all-time goals by an African player.
The 24-year-old whose 26 goals helped Napoli to their first Scudetto in 33 years has been linked to several top clubs in Europe.
Meanwhile, it is no secret that the Nigerian forward harbors dreams of playing in the Premier League, with Chelsea and Manchester United emerging as prominent contenders to secure his services.
However, Osimhen sharing several photos of himself on social media wearing a Napoli jersey from the 1987/88 campaign hints at the possibility of extending his stay in Naples.
