NPFL: Mbwas Magnut confident Nasarawa United can secure wins on the road

Head coach of Nasarawa United, Mbwas Magnut, says his in-form side is growing in confidence and can get results anywhere in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this season.

The Solid Miners currently top the NPFL table with 13 points from six matches, continuing their impressive run with a 2-0 victory over Katsina United in Lafia last weekend.

Magnut, who previously managed Plateau United, is preparing his team for a challenging away fixture against Bendel Insurance at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin this weekend.

Despite acknowledging the strength of the opposition, the coach expressed optimism about his team’s chances.

“In our next game, it won’t be easy, but my team is growing in confidence, game in, game out, and I believe we could win anywhere,” Magnut said.

Nasarawa United’s strong start to the season has raised expectations among their supporters, and a positive result in Benin would further cement their title credentials.
