Alex Iwobi Ruled Out of Fulham’s Clash Against Arsenal

Alex Iwobi will miss Fulham FC’s Premier League fixture against Arsenal FC, with manager Marco Silva confirming the midfielder remains sidelined through injury.

Iwobi has been out of action since sustaining a muscle problem during Fulham’s clash with Brentford FC at the Gtech Community Stadium, where he was forced off in the first half. The club have since taken a cautious approach to his recovery, keeping him away from training and competitive matches to avoid any setbacks.

Providing an update, Silva stated, “Alex Iwobi is out still, plus Kevin,” without offering a specific timeline for his return. The Nigerian international continues to be monitored, with hopes he could resume full training in the coming weeks if his recovery progresses well.

His absence is a significant blow for Fulham, particularly given his influence in midfield this season. Iwobi’s versatility and creativity have been key to the team’s attacking play, leaving Silva to reshuffle his options once again as they prepare for a demanding test against Arsenal.
